    sir the speed only varies from 25 kbps to 38 kbps. is there any solution to increase it?????

      It might be because U havent activated 3G on your sim.
      Or it depends upon your dongle placement, also if u r getting full network strength then also the speed might be slow.U have to adjust ur dongle's place and monitor the speed.Wherever U got the speed stick to that place.Im getting a download speed of 450-500kbps in IDM

    and my speed is on 25-38 KiloBytes...ur speed is in bits or bytes sir??..cos bits is smaller than bytes...:)

      i know abut bits and bytes..I am telling about 400-500bytes.
      U call customer care and ask for 3g activated even though u have activated 3g.Ask them to reactivate it.

      I had instructed before only that disable or UNINSTALL IDM before doing survey.the only help that I can give you right now is to do the survey again with IDM unistalled or or some different surveys try this link
